David Snipes is an experienced trial lawyer who has been representing plaintiffs in court for over 30 years.  His practice primarily involves representing persons injured in car, motorcycle and tractor trailer wrecks.  He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.  Mr. Snipes also practices in the family law area handling divorce, child custody and asset division cases.  In the probate law arena, Mr. Snipes has successfully handled will contests and inheritance disputes in the trial courts and probate courts of West Georgia and East Alabama with estates ranging from modest to extensive asset values.  

Mr. Snipes was born in Phenix City, Alabama and raised in Columbus, Georgia.  He attended the University of Georgia and graduated with honors, magna cum laude, from Columbus College in 1979.  He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1983 where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Book Award in Evidence for excellence in trial advocacy.  He was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in May of 1983 and the Alabama State Bar in July of 1983.
